After our market analysis of your home, we will then send you an offer with our fair offer price.

Once we agree on a price, we get the paperwork started.

Title company does more paperwork, we go through title search. Once everything is clear, we go through the closing process. Title company will then cut you a check for the agreed offer price and viola, your house is SOLD!
